Nature’s Ransom NE IPA
Fiction Beer Co, Colfax 7.1% A quintessential New England author for our newest New England Style IPA. Brewed to accentuate the aroma and flavor of hops, while keeping the bitterness balanced, this beer hits the mark—brining out the juicy, tropical, and citrus notes from our specially blended hops. Balanced with just a touch of malt sweetness and a full bodied mouthfeel this creation is a new favorite with Golden Promise, Pilsner, Flaked Wheat & Oats malts. Double dry hopped with Ekuanot, Citra, Amarillo, and Azacca. Flavors of grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and tangerine. This IPA creates a unique, balanced flavor profile, yet maintains a soft, fluffy mouthfeel.

Using German Noble hops and skipping the traditional orange peel and coriander, this witbier has the notes of clove you’d expect but with the juicy, freshness of blood orange to change it up.
